Location - Remote - Local FL candidates only - They will be expected to be in the office (Tallahassee) to train for 1-2 weeks up front. Possible office visits on occasion after on boarding.
Salesforce Developer
This person will be the first hire in this role and will work on the corporate side of the business. They bought Service Cloud and provide case mgmt around assets (boats/cars etc). They will be primarily focused on providing user access (Profiles/Permissions). They will be doing basic reporting and dashboards. This role will be focused 90% on development vs. Admin work.
Must haves:
*2+ years of Salesforce Cloud experience ideally in Development (very strong in Profiles and Permissions)
* 90% Development/10% Admin
* Understanding of SOC2 compliance as it relates to data, around process and procedure
* Experience creating automation flows
* Familiar with PII data is very helpful
* Experience taking customer through requirements and building a workflow (rather than just maintaining what's there already) is an important additional experience that would be valuable.
